Henry Huff is part of a four generation effort to provide the tasty produce to the East Tennessee area. For over 25 years Henry has provided quality and creative produce to individuals and small businesses. Henry’s goal is offer a high quality selection while creating an understanding of the importance of farming.
Since 1998 the John Harrison family has been producing cheese using the milk from his cows. In 2018 The SVF became Tennessee’s first Lely XL Dairy Farm, milking 500 cows with robotic technology. SVF is a diversified farming operation that serves as home to over 1500 dairy cows and multiple beef cows, as well as a source of crop production and farmstead cheese.
